Churros con Chocolate

Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup flour
• 3 eggs
• Sugar and cinnamon
• Dark chocolate sauce

Instructions

   Boil water with butter, add flour, stir vigorously.

   Cool slightly, beat in eggs one at a time.

   Pipe dough into hot oil using star tip.

   Fry until golden, drain.

   Roll in cinnamon sugar.

   Serve with warm chocolate dipping sauce.
