Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 100g sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 100g butter
- 200ml warm milk
- 25g fresh yeast
- Rose jam for filling
- Oil for deep frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar.

Mix flour with sugar, add egg yolks, yeast mixture, and softened butter.

Knead until smooth and elastic, let rise for 1 hour.

Roll out dough, cut circles, place jam and form balls.

Let rise again for 30 minutes.

Deep fry at 170°C until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Dust with powdered sugar.
