Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 500g potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 200g farmers cheese
- 1 onion, fried
- Butter and sour cream for serving
Instructions

Make dough with flour, egg, water and salt. Knead until smooth.

Mix mashed potatoes with cheese and fried onion for filling.

Roll out dough thin, cut circles with a glass.

Place filling in each circle, fold and pinch edges.

Boil pierogi in salted water until they float.
